About Maura

Maura O'Sullivan practises in all areas of family law. Before joining the firm, she worked as a commercial litigator at a major Bay Street firm, where she handled high-stakes matters before courts including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada. That background gave her experience managing complex disputes, litigating across domestic and international contexts, interpreting contracts, and addressing the particular needs of high-profile and high-net-worth clients. She has also worked in alternative dispute resolution, including both statutory and private arbitrations, and is comfortable handling emotionally sensitive family matters. Maura holds a combined JD/MBA from the University of Toronto and the Rotman School of Management, and graduated from Carleton University with high distinction. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, The Advocates' Society, and the Ontario Bar Association.
