About Darlene

Darlene Rites is the founder of Rites Law and a family law lawyer and accredited mediator with over a decade of experience handling separation and divorce matters. She uses alternative dispute resolution to help clients reach early, practical resolutions, and litigates at the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada when negotiation isn't possible. She is an accredited mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and a Legal Aid Ontario panel member providing family law and domestic violence advice counsel services. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
