Matthew Smiley practises in civil litigation, personal injury, and labour and employment litigation, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Provincial Offences Court. Born and raised in Thunder Bay, he earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lakehead University in 2014 before completing his law degree at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, and he was called to the bar in Ontario in 2018.
