Matthew D. C. Fahey has over 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer, appearing in the British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal. He has litigated a wide variety of cases with a primary focus on personal injury, and prides himself on being a strategic negotiator and effective mediator, bringing cases to trial when necessary. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and coaches amateur basketball, baseball, rugby, and soccer.
