About Milan

Milan Milenkovic completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at the University of British Columbia before studying law at the University of Victoria. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in March 2019 and has appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board, BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, Federal Court of Canada, the Residential Tenancy Branch, and the Civil Resolution Tribunal. Milan practises in immigration, strata, residential tenancy disputes, and estate litigation, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Serbian Professionals in Law, the LegalAid BC Immigration Committee, and the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association. He is fluent in Serbian and English, with conversational French.
