About Priti
Priti Khurana is the Managing Partner at Khurana Law with more than 18 years of legal experience. She completed her articles at a boutique personal injury law firm in Toronto and was admitted to the Ontario bar before returning to her hometown of Vancouver, where she began building her practice at a downtown firm defending ICBC claims. For the past ten years she has focused on plaintiff personal injury law, representing injured motorists in claims against at-fault motorists and insurance companies, drawing on her earlier experience defending ICBC claims. She has appeared for both plaintiffs and defendants before the Ontario and British Columbia courts. She is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. She is a member of the North America South Asian Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC. She was counsel in Khosa v. Kalamatimaleki (2014 BCSC 2060), Dhaliwal v. Pillay (2015 BCSC 509), and Naiodro v. Gill (2019 BCSC 1857).
