About Isaias

Isaias Loten practises civil and commercial litigation and has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as before various administrative boards and arbitral tribunals. Prior to joining Westpoint Law Group, he practised for several years in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group of Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Isaias has experience in complex tort and contractual disputes, securities litigation, personal injury, and class actions, as well as the litigation aspects of transactional law, including court-approved plans of arrangement and corporate reorganizations. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2022 and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Advocates' Society.
