About Matthew

Matthew (Matt) Boem joined Emond Harnden as an associate after completing his articles with the firm. He practises in all areas of labour and employment law, advising provincially and federally regulated clients in the public and private sectors on labour arbitration, civil litigation, human rights, occupational health and safety, collective bargaining, and drafting contracts and workplace policies. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick, where he also earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in political science and law in society and played on the varsity soccer team. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025.
