About Matthew

Matthew Bernardo is a partner in the firm's Toronto office and member of the Infrastructure and Construction Industry Group. He advises on infrastructure and construction projects in Canada and the United States at all stages of the project lifecycle under a variety of project delivery models. His clients have included procurement agencies, owners, equity developers, contractors, and service providers. He previously served as North American counsel for a multinational infrastructure and construction company and was a partner in the infrastructure practice group at another international law firm.
