About David

David Nadler is a partner who co-heads Goodmans' Banking and Financial Services Group and is also a member of the firm's Hospitality Group. He represents Canadian and international financial institutions, non-bank lenders, and public and private companies in complex domestic and cross-border lending transactions, and has worked on seniors housing financings for both lenders and operators. He has also handled several debt restructurings, representing both creditors and debtors. David represents hospitality industry clients, including hotel owners, brand management companies, and franchisors, on transactions across Canada and internationally, including in India, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Israel. He has co-authored articles on banking and finance and has served as a board and committee member for several non-profit organizations.
