About Leah

Leah Paslawski has been a partner at KMSC Law LLP since 2024, specializing in civil litigation, employment law and personal injury law, with additional work in estate planning, municipal law, corporate and commercial law, real estate and surface rights. Born in Lethbridge and raised in Beaverlodge, Alberta, she earned a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2013 and a JD from Dalhousie University in 2017, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2018. Leah worked extensively on the reported decision Canadian Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform v. City of Grande Prairie (City), including its appeal, and is a board member of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association and the Art Gallery of Grande Prairie.
