About Mathieu

Mathieu Picard is a partner at Fidelis Law Droit whose practice covers complex commercial and personal injury litigation, and who has been nominated to a federal administrative tribunal by the Governor in Council. He earned a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in finance in 2004 and a Juris Doctor in 2010, both from the Universite de Moncton, and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2011. He has taught the insurance law course at the Universite de Moncton and served on the Law Society of New Brunswick's committees, including as its President in 2026. He belongs to the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Moncton Area Lawyers' Association, and the New Brunswick Health Council.
