Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionJustin Robichaud is a founding partner of Fidelis Law Droit, originally from Cap-Pele, New Brunswick, focusing his practice on personal injury and insurance litigation. He earned a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universite de Moncton and was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2011. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2021 and served as President of the Law Society of New Brunswick for the 2022-2023 term, the youngest member to hold the position, after also serving as President of the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association in 2018-2019. He is a council member of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and has taught Insurance Law as a sessional lecturer at the Universite de Moncton Law Faculty. He belongs to the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates' Society, and the Association des juristes d'expression francaise du Nouveau-Brunswick.
