About Massimo
Massimo Oliva is an associate at KMB Law, working within the firm's Business and Estate Succession Group and Corporate and Commercial Law Group. He joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and stayed on as an articling student before becoming an associate. His practice centers on helping individuals and corporations plan for succession, including drafting wills, testamentary and discretionary trusts, and powers of attorney. He also assists with corporate reorganizations, including estate freezes and other tax-driven planning strategies.
