About Vanessa

Vanessa Sampogna founded Sampogna Law Firm and practises across civil litigation, family law and criminal law. She routinely appears before the Ontario and Superior Court of Justice for motions, hearings and trials, and has represented clients in complex civil disputes including latent defect claims, commercial real estate disagreements and corporate contract disputes, alongside criminal and family matters. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Rights and Equity Studies from York University before completing a dual Canadian and American law degree through the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. She is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and speaks English and French.
