About Mary
Mary Simms joined Badre Law after more than 20 years of legal practice, with a background in advocacy and personal injury litigation in Ontario. Her experience includes appearances at all levels of the Ontario courts and before numerous administrative tribunals, as well as service as commission counsel at a public inquiry. Simms previously worked at Bay Street firms and within a large municipality, and also practised as an insurance defence lawyer, experience she now applies to personal injury claims such as motor vehicle accident cases.
