About Alex

Alex Elkin earned a combined J.D./MBA from the University of New Brunswick in 2013 and was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2014. Since 2016 his practice has focused on representing injured people, after starting his career in insurance defence litigation. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and has advanced accident benefits claims before the License Appeal Tribunal and Right to Sue cases before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. He was born and raised in Ottawa.
