About Mary

Mary Catherine practises employment and labour law, along with Indigenous and First Nations law, litigation and dispute resolution, and public and administrative law. She summered, articled and practised for nine years in Toronto with the national firm McCarthy Tetrault before joining Buset LLP in 2004 to continue her labour and employment practice, having also worked for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Ministry of Labour's Policy Division. Mary Catherine is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Northern Ontario and served six years on the Provincial Government Affairs Committee of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario, and has served on the Thunder Bay Public Library Board and the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce Board.
