About Marc
Marc advises clients through the various stages of a business's lifecycle, including incorporation, business acquisitions and sales, financing, commercial real estate transactions and dissolution, and has drafted and negotiated business agreements for a wide range of clients. He returned to his hometown of Thunder Bay to join CARREL+Partners LLP as an associate shortly after his call to the bar in June 2013, having previously articled at McMillan LLP in corporate, capital markets, banking and employment matters. Marc earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2012 and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with first-class standing from Lakehead University in 2009. He is a director of the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honour Society.
