About Marta

Marta I. Miazek joined Hamilton Duncan as a litigator in 2020, focusing primarily on estate and trust litigation, with experience in property, business, collections, and insurance disputes. She articled at a national full-service firm before joining Hamilton Duncan, and took an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore during law school. She grew up in Surrey, BC and is fluent in Polish.
