About Mark

Mark Wolfe is an associate in Hyde HR Law's Employment Group who also conducts workplace investigations. He advises both employers and employees on employment standards, disability accommodation, harassment and discrimination, discipline and dismissal, health and safety, contract and policy implementation, non-solicitation and non-compete agreements, wrongful dismissal litigation, and human rights applications. When representing employees he draws on his litigation experience to help them enforce their rights and secure compensation, while for employers he focuses on preventing disputes through sound policies and well-drafted agreements. He also negotiates executive employment agreements and conducts third-party investigations into allegations of workplace misconduct. Mark obtained his law degree, along with an honours degree in psychology, from the University of Toronto, and previously articled and practiced at another labour and employment firm.
