Marko Trivun is a partner in the Toronto and Ottawa offices and specializes in venture capital financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and strategic transactions. He advises venture capital, growth equity, private equity, pension fund and strategic investors on emerging company investments and represents founders and companies on debt and equity financings and corporate governance matters. Trivun's expertise spans technology, artificial intelligence, fintech, cleantech and life sciences sectors. Before joining the firm, he was a founder of the venture capital and startup practice at another Canadian law firm.
