About Mark
Mark Woitzik grew up in Whitby, Ontario and began studying at McMaster University in 1991, where a serious frosh week accident left him a quadriplegic. After a year of rehabilitation, he returned to school at York University to study economics, graduating with honours, before attending Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the bar in 2000 and founded his practice in his hometown of Whitby, focusing on real estate law. Mark has served as a commentator on accessibility issues for newspapers and has appeared live on CTV News discussing interest rates and real estate. He no longer practises but remains an emeritus partner of the firm.
