About Mark

Mark Sawyer is a partner at DBB Law focusing on business and commercial matters, real estate, and estate planning. He articled with the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2010, advising privately held businesses on corporate, financing, contract, and shareholder matters, as well as the incorporation, sale, and purchase of companies. Mark also acts for clients buying, selling, and refinancing residential and commercial real estate and for those preparing and administering wills and estates. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2022 for real estate law and trusts and estates.
