About Beth

Beth Younggren is a partner in DBB Law's civil litigation and dispute resolution group. She joined the firm in 2015 after articling and then practicing as counsel in the civil litigation group of a large multi-national law firm. Beth's practice covers construction litigation, including construction liens, contractual disputes in the oil and gas and real estate sectors, shareholder disputes, and collections, and she has appeared at all levels of the Alberta courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2021 for construction law and corporate and commercial litigation. Beth is a former director of Calgary Legal Guidance and has volunteered with Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Law Alberta.
