About Cassidy

Cassidy Newfield is an associate at DBB Law with a general civil litigation practice covering individual, commercial, and employment-related disputes. She works to resolve matters through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where possible, and has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice and Alberta Court of King's Bench in applications and trials. During law school Cassidy served as Vice President of Administration for the Society of Law Students and volunteered as a caseworker for Student Legal Assistance, helping low-income clients with family, civil, and criminal matters. She received the Frances Elizabeth Turner Memorial Prize in Advocacy in 2020.
