Mark Anderson chairs the Northwest Region Subrogation and Recovery practice group at Cozen O'Connor and serves as co-vice chair of the firm's national Subrogation and Recovery Department. His work centers on claims tied to industrial and energy facilities, construction defects, product liability, wildfires, and marine vessels and facilities. He's tried multiple cases to verdict in Washington, Oregon, and Montana, representing both insurers and insureds in major casualty losses across the Northwest. Mark is licensed in Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii state and federal courts, and has handled matters ranging from a tower crane collapse in Bellevue to flood damage at the University of Hawaii-Manoa. He often lectures for insurance and maritime industry groups and the University of Washington's engineering school. Mark earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in 1985 and his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 1988.
