About Jessica

Jessica Poon assists clients with preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, representation agreements, cohabitation and marriage agreements, and separation agreements, as well as court applications for uncontested divorces and probate. Originally from Hong Kong, she moved to Vancouver in June 2007 and attended Crofton House for high school. She earned her law degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016 and received her Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2017. Before joining Westcoast Wills & Estates she worked at a boutique family litigation firm in downtown Vancouver, representing clients at the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of BC. She is fluent in Cantonese and English and regularly presents to the public on estate planning and probate law.
