About Mark

Mark Hildebrand is a partner at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP and a key member of the firm's Construction and Financial teams. He advises owners and contractors on complex joint ventures and large construction projects, and has advised on public-private partnership social infrastructure projects across Alberta, Canada and the United States, including hospitals, penitentiaries, water treatment facilities and transportation projects; he is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. As a member of the firm's Financial team, Mark acts for banks, lenders and borrowers on commercial lending, and advises on commercial real estate acquisitions and development, business purchases and sales, incorporations, and partnerships and joint ventures. He earned his BSc and LLB, both with Distinction, from the University of Alberta, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2005.
