About Adrian

Adrian Elmslie is a partner at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP and a labour and employment lawyer with over two decades of experience advising employers across unionized and non-unionized workplaces in industries including construction, transportation and energy. He advises on collective bargaining, employee discipline and dismissal, human rights, executive employment agreements, and workplace policies and privacy, and has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and Saskatchewan, as well as labour arbitrations and the Alberta and Canadian Human Rights Tribunals. Adrian began his career clerking for the Alberta Court of Appeal and Court of King's Bench. He earned his BSc from the University of British Columbia and his LLB with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1999. In his free time, he enjoys running, travelling and surfing.
