About Alison

Alison Archer is a partner and sought-after commercial and construction litigator at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP, representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, businesses and individuals in construction litigation and arbitration across a range of industries in Alberta. Her work includes tendering disputes, builders' liens, construction bonds, and scope and schedule change claims, alongside broader commercial litigation covering shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual disputes, debt collection, and commercial real estate and leasing disputes. Alison earned her BComm and LLB with Distinction from the University of Alberta and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2010. She has appeared before the Court of King's Bench, the Court of Appeal of Alberta and various administrative tribunals, and has represented clients in medical malpractice litigation and professional complaints. She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Downtown Business Association.
