About Ryan

Ryan M. Wallik is an associate whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, advising clients throughout the life cycle of their businesses. He handles asset and share purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and commercial leases, and he also practises residential and commercial real estate law. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2017 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
