About Mark

Mark Abradjian is a partner at Ross & McBride LLP and head of the firm's Estate and Commercial Litigation Groups. His practice covers partnership and shareholder disputes, contract issues, regulatory matters, real estate challenges, and Anton Piller orders, and he has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario. Mark serves as a director of the Advocates' Society and is active with the Hamilton Law Association's Bench and Bar Committee. He previously served as president of the Social Planning and Research Council of Hamilton and has been involved with the Rotary Club of Hamilton AM, the United Way of Haldimand Norfolk, and the Board of Directors for Hamilton Mountain Legal and Community Services. He was called to the bar in 1995 and has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for Corporate and Commercial Litigation since 2022.
