About Marie-Ève

Marie-Ève Bois practises in corporate financing as well as mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients on corporate law matters at various stages of a company's development, from structuring shareholder agreements to negotiating financing rounds and closing mergers and acquisitions transactions. She works primarily with technology and services companies, and with business leaders, legal departments, managers, and investors. Before joining Delegatus, Bois co-led a specialized firm supporting startups and technology-focused clients, practised at several Montreal firms serving local and international business clients, and served as in-house legal counsel at a large Quebec healthcare company. Her representative work includes advising issuers and investment funds on SAFE financings adapted to Quebec law and drafting shareholder agreements, stock option plans, and convertible debt instruments for multiple clients. Bois holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal and a civil and commercial mediation accreditation, and is a member of the Young Bar of Montreal.
