About Kelly

Kelly Twa is a litigator focused on complex commercial disputes, constitutional and administrative law matters including judicial reviews, and appellate advocacy, having appeared before superior and appellate courts in multiple jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining DJA Counsel she practised at an internationally focused litigation firm in London, UK, and before that clerked for justices of the Alberta Court of King's Bench and practised at a national firm in Calgary. She is also active in pro bono and public interest advocacy.
