About Mara
Mara Mallory joined Lawson Creamer in 2022 and was named a partner in 2026, bringing more than a decade of business experience in senior sales and leadership roles to her litigation practice after starting her legal career at a major regional firm. She appears regularly before the New Brunswick Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal and has been significantly involved in the Wolastoqey Nation title claim, a major Indigenous land rights case that reached the Supreme Court of Canada. She serves on the boards of the New Brunswick Museum, the Saint John Region Chamber of Commerce and the Sisters of Charity Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick.
