About Kailey
Kailey O'Neil focuses on civil litigation, construction law, and labour and employment matters, primarily preparing pleadings, motions and legal memoranda that shape case strategy. She earned her Juris Doctor at the University of New Brunswick and began practising civil and construction litigation in Ontario, including work for a regional municipality, before completing a Master of Laws in labour relations and employment law at Osgoode Hall Law School. She returned to UNB to teach civil procedure, construction law and insurance law, and joined Lawson Creamer in 2021. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in film and media studies from Queen's University.
