About Mandy

Mandy Lai is a family lawyer and accredited mediator at YLaw's Vancouver office with more than 15 years of experience, having practiced family law since February 2005. She helps clients through separation, divorce, child custody, and property division, with particular strength in tracing assets and working through complex financial issues. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba. She has settled over 90% of her cases before trial and has co-counselled on cases involving the enforceability of a foreign divorce agreement and the imputation of income from a closely held corporation for child support purposes. She speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
