About Malcolm

Malcolm Woodside is a lawyer at Colson Winterstein LLP whose practice covers a broad range of employment litigation, including wrongful and constructive dismissals, human rights complaints, and workplace investigations. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and before joining the firm he summered and articled at an international law firm. During law school at the University of Western Ontario he co-chaired the Distinguished Speakers Committee, served as a student ambassador and teaching assistant, and represented the school at national advocacy competitions including the Jessup International Moot Court Competition and the Hicks Morley Labour Law Moot.
