Kavita V. Bhagat is a family lawyer with more than 20 years in practice, handling negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation of parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property division, and domestic contracts. Her work emphasizes complex business valuations, income determination, pensions, and division of assets across multiple domestic and international jurisdictions. The Law Society of Ontario designated her a Certified Specialist in Family Law in February 2015, a credential granted to members who meet set experience and knowledge requirements in a designated practice area.
