About Madison

Madison Chilvers is an associate at Nelligan Law in the firm's Employment Law group, helping both employees and employers with constructive and wrongful dismissals, human rights matters, contract reviews, and workplace accommodations. She began her career as a family and estates litigation lawyer before moving into employment law at a mid-sized Toronto firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Waterloo, an LLB from the University of Southampton in the UK, and an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
