About Alexandra

Alexandra (Alexa) Pezoulas was born and raised in Ottawa and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Law from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from City, University of London. She represents clients in residential real estate transactions, aiming for cost-effective resolutions, and advises new and established business owners on buying, expanding and selling businesses, as well as incorporating and dissolving corporations both federally and provincially. She also supports clients through estate administration after the loss of a loved one, helping ease the emotional and logistical challenges of probate. Alexa provides her services in English and Greek and takes part in the firm's paperless-practice initiatives. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association.
