About Jennifer

Jennifer is a director of Harris & Brun Law Corporation whose practice focuses on civil litigation and professional regulation. She represents clients in litigation and regulatory proceedings before all levels of court in British Columbia and before governing bodies and administrative tribunals, with particular focus on health law and insurance matters including coverage, subrogation, and audits. She completed a judicial law clerkship at the Supreme Court of British Columbia before being called to the bar in 2010. Jennifer was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2021 and became King's Counsel in 2022. She has served as national president of the Young Lawyers division of the Canadian Bar Association and as president of the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch, and she co-authors the CLEBC practice manual Discovery Practice in British Columbia.
