About Lynn

Lynn H. Harnden co-founded Emond Harnden in 1987 with Jacques Emond. Nationally recognized within the legal community, he appears in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading lawyer in labour relations, human rights, and employment law, and received the Best Lawyers in Canada designation of Lawyer of the Year for Labour and Employment Law in Ottawa in 2010, 2016, and 2026. He holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario. He is a past president of the Ottawa Human Resources Professionals Association and a past chair of the Federal Government Affairs Committee of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
