About Michael

Michael Abrams is a partner in Kelly Santini's Business Group, advising home buyers and sellers, commercial real estate developers, and small and mid-sized business owners. His practice combines business law, real estate, and estate planning, and he has built a substantial residential real estate practice in the Ottawa area. He is Certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Real Estate Law and has instructed for the Ontario Real Estate Association's licensing program. On the commercial side, he advises real estate investors and developers on acquisitions, financing, condominium operations, and leasing, and helps business owners with incorporations, financing, and shareholder agreements. He earned his LL.B. (cum laude) from Osgoode Hall Law School and his B.A. (magna cum laude) from the University of Ottawa.
