About Casey

Casey Whelan earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Willamette University in 2001 and a JD, with Order of the Coif honours, from the University of Oregon in 2008. He practised law in the United States for over a decade, first as a law firm associate and then as in-house counsel for a large blueberry breeding and nursery company, helping it expand internationally. He later worked as a senior leader at a multinational agriculture research company before returning to legal practice at CR Lawyers LLP. His practice serves companies in the Courtenay and Comox region on corporate, commercial, and employment matters, along with property and estate planning issues.
