About Luke

Luke Hayden practises tax, corporate, and commercial law in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office, advising both developing and established companies. He works closely with clients and their accountants on organizational structures, corporate reorganizations, financing, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder matters. Luke is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and is completing the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Dalhousie University Schulich School of Law in 2018 and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University in 2015, having joined Cox & Palmer as a law student in 2016. He was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in February 2019.
