About Lucie

Gosselin has been of counsel at the firm since 2001. From 1994 to 2001 she was in-house counsel for the environmental division of a national company, assisting a multidisciplinary team with day-to-day work and an environmental management plan. She advises on environmental assessment (provincial and federal), legislative and regulatory compliance, environmental law, mining law and municipal law, and is responsible for the firm's legal monitoring of environmental legislation as well as legal research for its lawyers. She has long maintained the firm's reference treatise, 'L'environnement au Quebec.'
