About Brian

Brian Howard has practised commercial law in the Laval region for more than 25 years. Howard focuses on commercial litigation as well as the financing, sale, merger, and acquisition of companies. Howard has also developed a civil law practice, particularly in civil liability and bankruptcy law. Howard draws on experience as a litigator and negotiator across a range of commercial transactions. Over more than three decades of practice, Howard has built a network of business contacts that supports clients across Laval and the surrounding region. Howard was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1977.
