About Andrée-Anne

Andrée-Anne Ouimette has worked at Dunton Rainville's Sherbrooke office since 2019. She has been a member of the Barreau since 2008, after completing a bachelor of law at the Université de Sherbrooke and obtaining her license from the Barreau du Québec. Ouimette began her career at a national firm, where she practised commercial law, including corporate and transactional matters, as well as banking law, until 2014. Between 2014 and 2016, she worked in the legal department of a public company, handling international files. In 2017, she and a partner founded a boutique commercial law firm, which merged with Dunton Rainville at the end of 2019. Ouimette represents and advises several corporations in their day-to-day operations and major transactions. She is also active in her community, serving as chair of the board of Défi Polytech, an organization that helps people with functional limitations enter the workforce.
